A few things to know..

 Items:

If you wish to return the item/s please do so in its original state, as in, tags/labels need to be attached. 

Custom orders and panties (due to hygiene purposes and special size) cannot be refunded, however send us an email and we will try to assist you in any way possible. 

If tags have been tampered with, we cannot accept the item/s back due to hygiene purposes.

If items are faulty at arrival, please send a picture and we will send a new item to you free of charge.

Sizes:

Some sizes are smaller or larger depending on the style of panties or bra. This will be stated on the particular item. 

Shipping:

We ship worldwide (coming soon), you as a customer are responsible to pay any tax or import/custom fees.

We are not responsible for lost packages, but will do our best to track it for you with the selected courier. We are also not responsible for damaged packages.
